Plant of the Month: Herbs

HerbsHaving hopefully seen the end of this year’s extended winter and with the promise of warmer days to come, now is the time to think about getting back out into the garden and dusting off the BBQ.

There is no better way to enhance your al fresco dining than to include fresh herbs picked straight from the garden. We stock an extensive range to flavour your favourite barbecued dish and to add zing and zest to your seasonal salads.

Plant of the Month: Hellebores

HelleboresOur range of stunning hybrid Hellebores are guaranteed to brighten up your winter garden.

Commonly known as the Christmas or Lenten Rose, these perennial plants will flower every year in the depth of winter and many will add striking form to the garden throughout the summer months with their architectural foliage.

With a height & spread of between 30cm – 45cm, these plants prefer a rich, well drained soil in dappled shade.

These plants are available in the nursery now in a 2ltr pot for £8.50.
We also have a range of non – hybrid Hellebores in stock in 1ltr pots at £2.95 each.
